The subjunctive is one of the three grammatical moods of English, along with the imperative and the indicative. Unfortunately, I always confuse the indicative and the subjunctive. It's a matter of usage rather than grammar. When should I use the subjunctive?
Then, I happened to find a good example of the subjunctive. Here we go...
Oh... Well... For some reason, I have a feeling that the present indicative tense would be better. -- They certainly are. And that is perfectly okay. I love them. But I'm not gay.
Maybe it's about time I went to school again to study English. :)
